Chicken cordon bleu

Sebenernya niat bikin menu ini karena manfaatin bahan sisa dikulkas dan lagi males ke pasar juga. Yaudah deh kepikiran buat nyobain chicken cordon bleu. Ini bumbunya simpel banget dan proses buatnya juga enggak lama.
So, here I share how to make this menu :

- chicken fillet
- 2 eggs
- flour
- mozarella cheese
-smoked beef
- garlic + black paper + salt (for seasoning the chicken)

After seasoning the chicken, save it to refrigerator about 1 hour. Then rolled the chicken (you can filled the chicken with mozarella cheese and smoked beef).
Stir eggs , then pour in the chicken, after that pour the flour to the chicken.
Fried it and served it well :)
