Vanilla Panna Cotta

It's been more than two weeks I never posted, because I was studied hard hahaa. Okay then, this is weekend and I really want to create cake actually but it's gonna take long times then I decided to make dessert.
It's started when I opened Instagram' site, I saw photo of "coffee panna cotta". Firstly, I read that the recipe is quite simply and the ingredients also easy to find out. Secondly, because I really curious what it is, I asked to Google then I just knew that it such as italian dessert that is booming today. Thus, I search recipe anddddddd tadaaaaa .. with my innovation, here I share to you.

Ingredients :
* 250 ml plain milk
* 250 ml heavy cream (merk : Anchor)
* 50 gr sugar
* 1 tsp seaweed powder
* 3 tsp jelly gelatin

Strawberry Sauce:
* fresh strawberry
* sugar
* Blended both of them together

How to cook ?
1. Boiled milk and sugar together. 
2. Pour cream and gelatin and mixed it.
3. Pour cream into milk + sugar, add seaweed powder . Stir together until boiled up.
4. Pour into plate or glasses.
5. Put in refrigerator for 2 until 4 hours.
6. You can serve it with many kinds of berry toppings, coffee, green tea, or chocolate. But, I really love berry :)

Could you read "simple recipe"? Surely yes. But actually, I found the recipe which was different from above, they use gelatin from pork (not halal for Muslim), so I replace with jelly gelatin. And you know what? the dough wasn't freeze. I got annoyed then I put seaweed powder. Then, after two hours later, I ate that with strawberry sauce. It's so yummy and better to serve it while was cold.
