It's been such a long time not posting something here and suddenly I missed wrote everything. Yap, mood nulis lagi muncul dan entah kenapa beberapa hari terakhir ini kangen ama kota satu ini, Solo. Kota kelahiran, sejuta kuliner, pemandangan epic, warganya yang ramah dan sopan, dan masih kental akan adat jawa-nya. Ah, I missed all of the things here. Rasanya selalu nyaman aja kalo mudik ke kota ini :)

Jadi, ceritanya kerinduan akan kota ini dimulai pasca lebaran tahun ini. Oia lupa, HAPPY EID MUBARAK 1434 H to all moslem around the world, keep a holy heart and Minal Aidin Walfaizin y'all. Okey, back to topic, Yap, selepas lebaran balik kekota asal, Bandung, tetiba kangen banget sama suasana di rumah embah tepatnya, yah, meskipun sejak 2 tahun ini kalo lebaran gak bisa sungkem lagi ke embah. Mungkin embah uti udah tenang di alam sana. Suasana rumah embah di solo itu asri banget. Bikin suasana hati nyaman, walaupun sepi sekalipun, berasa tenang ajah. Kalo di Solo juga gak pernah nemuin yang namanya macet. Mau kemana-mana jadi berasa deket, dan terlebih lagi, Solo itu kotanya rapi, bersih, dan teratur lalu lintasnya.

Point plusnya yang bikin ekstra betah buat mudik ke kota ini adalah, makanannya. Ah, such a heaven. Sosis solo, timlo, selat, sego liwet, garang asem, es dawet, cabuk rambak, pecel ndeso, daaaaaaaaann masih bejibun lagi kekayaan kulinernya. Ditambah, orang disini ramah-ramah dan rasa kekeluargaan masih ada. Jadi ceritanya, waktu itu pernah magang di suatu perusahaan bumn di Solo, nah aku tinggal di tempatnya mbah. Yah misalkan kesepian, tinggal langkahkan kaki kiri atau ke kanan, atau ke depan, atau bahkan ke belakang, bisa ngobrol ama tetangga. Asik ajah ngilangin bosen dan terlebih menjalin hubungan sosial lebih bermakna dan bagus daripada menjalin hubungan maya.

All to all, I already put Solo in my deepest heart. And I hope in future, Solo will be developed in building but keep it traditional things exist and the people there are the same. 
I'm very blessed to come to Solo every year :)

It's been more than two weeks I never posted, because I was studied hard hahaa. Okay then, this is weekend and I really want to create cake actually but it's gonna take long times then I decided to make dessert.

It's started when I opened Instagram' site, I saw photo of "coffee panna cotta". Firstly, I read that the recipe is quite simply and the ingredients also easy to find out. Secondly, because I really curious what it is, I asked to Google then I just knew that it such as italian dessert that is booming today. Thus, I search recipe anddddddd tadaaaaa .. with my innovation, here I share to you.

Ingredients :

* 250 ml plain milk

* 250 ml heavy cream (merk : Anchor)

* 50 gr sugar

* 1 tsp seaweed powder

* 3 tsp jelly gelatin

Strawberry Sauce:
* fresh strawberry
* sugar
* Blended both of them together

How to cook ?

1. Boiled milk and sugar together. 

2. Pour cream and gelatin and mixed it.

3. Pour cream into milk + sugar, add seaweed powder . Stir together until boiled up.

4. Pour into plate or glasses.

5. Put in refrigerator for 2 until 4 hours.

6. You can serve it with many kinds of berry toppings, coffee, green tea, or chocolate. But, I really love berry :)

Could you read "simple recipe"? Surely yes. But actually, I found the recipe which was different from above, they use gelatin from pork (not halal for Muslim), so I replace with jelly gelatin. And you know what? the dough wasn't freeze. I got annoyed then I put seaweed powder. Then, after two hours later, I ate that with strawberry sauce. It's so yummy and better to serve it while was cold.

The end of April .. and tomorrow will be my month, May and also my dag dig dug, hectic and anxiety month, I think. Do you guess what ? I let you to over thinking ...

Deadline and Failed.

I ever heard that Indonesia have a lot of culture, resource, beautiful view and so on .. Hence I have my own huge dream to explore it. I think nowadays many people especially in twitter land say that "I Love Indonesia" or "I am proud as Indonesian". However, actually they didn't know their country well (I felt sorry if I wrote wrong).. It's just my point of view.
I have my experience when I went to Depok about 4 months ago, yap it's been so long but I never forgot to posted it. I visited the legendary mosque which built by one of entrepreneur in Indonesia (I am so sorry, I didn't know the real name, you can search on Google, hehehe..). My mother impressed with the architecture,  she said that the design was as gorgeous as Nabawi Mosque in Madinah (unfortunately, I never visit Madinah). I felt lucky while I found it here, not far from my hometown, just 2,5 hours. Yay, the name is Kubah Mas Mosque which is located in Depok, West Java. Kubah Mas is consist of the real gold in the top of mosque. I just could said "woooowww...", it such as vestige or historical subject. You can visit it while you are on holiday because their circumstances are really humble and clean...

falling in love with the architect... kyaaaaaaaaaaaa.. felt like in another part of world, but the weather here still more hot ..  

 As you can see, plant and grass is neatly and orderly .. Do not trample on green grass, forbidden..

Actually I wanna take all of four kubah mas, but i dunno how to take it well. Thus i just got 3 kubah :( but nice ya??

As I see for today, I put my attention to eat and exercise more. Thus, I prefer to consume this milk and oat just for today. I try to avoid white rice so many sugar is in it, not health for my body. Because I am too lazy to do running or gym, I will eat more healthy food. Hahaa, I hope that I will be consistent..

Here, I found at supermarket, low fat chocolate milk which still fresh although less sugar andddddd... product innovation of Quaker Oats, yap an Oatmeal Cookies, such as bittersweet..

Some people who get their first date think that dating is like dummies. Mostly, they do not know how to say clearly and get heart breathing. So.. we should know how to get successful on dating date. Here are some explanation about step itself.

First, dating is start from you. You should know about yourself well. How your way to describe about yourself and determine what you really want. You also know well about times not to date which means if you really want to date it is because you want not your need at that time. Do not be on dating while you are chaos so it is really dangerous. And also make sure that you want to date neither you need a place to live nor you have single less than one year. It all is very bad time being date with mate.

Second, you should know about who is the right person for you. Researcher says that physical attraction is rarely enough to find the right person. They say that there are three different types of emotion system, such as sex drive, emotion system is how romantic your mate are, and last is attachment which means sensitive common to find long term relationship with partner.

Third, try to find where best place to have dating. Scientist says that dating is about social context. You can find your partner because you also known your partner well from your school, he is your neighbor, how long you already know him. Another place to find your dating is come to dating service in your city.

Fourth, you have master to make a confidence games who like teacher for you. It is very helpful to make your appearance more confident at your first date. Looking confidence means that you should stand up straight, shake your partner hand firmly (do not shaking her hand), give your best smile, and keep eye contact.

Fifth, ask to your partner for a date. It is one way to ask a lot about your partner life. When you are on dating, you should dress as well as you can. Choose your best outfit to show that this is me and avoid to use sexy clothes. But remember, on your dating, your partner is not always see your appearance but also you attitude or behavior. So, do not acting, speak naturally.

To get success on your dating, second impression is really needed and try to practice and learn more about how to make you feel more and more confidence.
